The CTS Team

The man behind CTS is Calla Reynolds, who has built up an exceptional, highly skilled team of people over the years.

Calla grew up on a farm in the "Koue Bokkeveld". After school he obtained a Diploma in Electronic Engineering at the Cape Technikon. In 1995 he started working at Transnet in Saldanha where he remained for 15 years, after which he started CTS. In 2014 he completed his MDP (a mini-MBA) via UNISA.

Social Responsibility

CTS makes consistent progress in promoting black economic empowerment and socio-economic transformation in our area. We regularly make donations to worthy causes and offer our services at discounted rates to schools and churches in the West Coast.

We support Siyabonga care village, situated 1km outside Vredenburg, that has successfully supported disadvantaged communities in health, disability, education, care and food security. It is the only NGO running a high quality step-down care program in the West Coast area.

Health and Safety

CTS is passionate about ensuring the occupational Health & Safety of its employees and partners. Our detailed Health and Safety Policy and Plan is fully compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. We take adequate precautions to prevent injuries, incidents and ill-health by fostering competence, emergency preparedness, awareness of potential hazards; incident management, appointed First Aiders, Health & Safety Reps and Fire Fighters. We holistically offer annual medical check-ups, PPE, safe toolboxes and vehicles. We periodically conduct Risk Assessments (HIRA’s) & Occupational Hygiene Surveys.

We facilitate effective risk reduction for all, including the public, our clients and partners.
